BBSI is looking for 10 - 20 Production Associates for a client that has been manufacturing the finest quality Mexican and Central American cheeses, sausages and desserts since 1991. Our client utilizes Old World recipes and traditional techniques that uphold the traditions that their family has held for generations.

Essential Duties &a; Responsibilities

- May prepare cheese molds for production.nt
- May operate drain tables including but not limited to raking, shoveling, salting, monitoring moisture, and pH of cheese curd.nt
- May work in grinder area filling cheese into molds.nt
- May stack cheese molds onto racks and transfer to coolers using pallet jack.nt
- May clean and sanitize assigned work area.nt
- Make productive use of down time.n

Work Schedule
nThe typical work schedule is 8.00 hours per day 5 days per week
