Job Description Pay Range:
$17.

00 per hour (Additional $1.

59am) To provide administrative and clerical support for the Delhi Feedmill staff and accounting department.
Provide general clerical support to include typing, answering phones, ordering office supplies, entering data into the computer and maintaining files, purchase orders, fuel consumption reports, energy reports and other feedmill related reports.
Maintain feedmill preventative maintenance program in SAP.
Complete feed delivery tags, receiving tags, production data and reconcile them with appropriate logs.
Inventory and shrink control of the warehouse.
Prepare weekly reports on usage and production status.
Tracks daily inventory of the feedmill.
Coordinate dispatch and driver paperwork.
Qualifications Must have at least one year of general office clerical experience.
Must be able to type 45 WPM Must be able to operate a 10 key by touch Must have computer knowledge to include, IXOS, windows, word, and excel Must have good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
Must have good organizational skills.
