Sodexo is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, solutions/results-driven General Manager 3 - Food for Schools located in Delhi, California for the Delhi Unified School District.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in food service operations and NSLP regulations, while also having proven success in driving customer results to oversee contract management service operations.
The ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of the organization is critical.
ANNUAL INCENTIVE BONUS ELIGIBLE ROLE The successful candidate will:
have oversight of day-to-day operations; deliver high quality food service; achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; develop strategic plans; create a positive environment; and/or ensure Sodexo standards are met.
K12 experience within the food contracting industry is highly preferred.
